如何更換損壞的地磅傳感器
How to weigh sensor replacement

在更換損壞的地磅稱重傳感器時應按照生產廠家的要求進行，以免產生新的損壞。更換步驟如下：
In the replacement of damaged loadometer weighing sensor should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers requirements, in order to avoid new damage. Replace the following steps:
1.打開損壞了的傳感器上方蓋板，用千斤頂頂起秤臺，取下連接件。如有限位支座，則拆下限位支座。

2.打開接線盒，將損壞了的傳感器的電纜線與接線盒斷開，拆除固定此電纜線的電纜夾，在傳感器端抽出電纜線。

注意：在抽線時，附上一根引線穿過秤臺，以便在更換新傳感器時，很方便地將電纜線穿越秤臺進入接線盒。

3.用套筒扳手松開固定傳感器的高強度螺母，拆下傳感器。
把新的傳感器裝上，用高強度螺栓螺母固定住傳感器，再用扭矩扳手按規(guī)定的扭矩擰緊螺母。

4.參照2的方法，將新傳感器電纜線穿越秤臺進入接線盒，用電纜夾固定住電纜線。

5.按照接線圖將電纜線各芯線固定在接線盒對應的接線柱或焊點上。

6.安裝連接件(支承頭涂黃油)和限位支座。松開千斤頂，放平秤臺，蓋上蓋板。

7.更換傳感器后，必須對地磅重新設定、標正。
